The Reliance Power Board of Directors will meet on September 8, 2022 to consider and approve the raising of long-term resources in the domestic and/or global markets, among other things, through the issuance of equity/equity-linked securities /warrants convertible into shares, by means of preferential issuance, FCCB or any other method, including determining the issue price, if any, and seeking member approvals and other approvals, including approvals regulatory/statutory, as required.
